Like most people, someone referred me to Michael and I have not gone anywhere else since. When dealing with Michael, there is just a sense of ease that I never felt when walking into an auto shop. I never worry if Michael will “over charge”, “under deliver” or “take advantage” of me. There have been a few times I was running low on money and was afraid that what I needed serviced would break my bank only to get a quote from Michael that put me at ease.
